Gestión de Flotas
Es una central de servicios de transporte de ámbito nacional, basada en la coordinación y utilización de vehículos de transporte discrecional principalmente en taxi, ya sea de forma directa o a través de centrales.
La gestión de flotas registra todos los detalles de cada servicio realizado: modo de pago (contado, tarjeta o abonado), hora de inicio y fin del servicio, importes de carrera, suplementos, propinas y peajes, importes de suplementos borrados (si el terminal lo permite), tarifas utilizadas, tiempo, distancia y velocidad máxima en libre y en ocupado, coordenadas GPS del inicio y fin del servicio, y si el terminal dispone de cartografía propia, las direcciones de inicio y fin del servicio.
El seguimiento en tiempo real permite visualizar sobre el mapa en pantalla, de forma sencilla y cómoda, la ubicación de todos o parte de los taxis de una flota. Además muestra la siguiente información: estado del taxímetro (libre, ocupado o fuera de turno), velocidad, nombre del conductor, tipo de terminal y número de licencia, marca y modelo del vehículo.
Histórico de posiciones y estado de todos los vehículos de una flota de taxis para su posterior consulta. El administrador puede acceder a dicha información de forma muy sencilla, indicando el vehículo y/o el conductor dentro de una franja horaria determinada.
Gestión de Flotas permite la exportación de toda la información de los turnos y servicios seleccionados por el administrador en un fichero de formato estándar CSV, compatible con Excel y la mayoría de aplicaciones de hojas de cálculo, bases de datos y herramientas de gestión.

ATENEA has an integrated system of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms (ATENEA Mobile) with which its vehicles work and which allow for the management of the assignment of services and the geolocation of vehicles and users at all times.
The beneficiaries of the transport services authorized by the client (employees, patients, users,…) can use the ATENEA Mobile application to request services directly from Movitaxi within the policies and modalities of services contracted by the client.
